COVID - 19

What has changed?:

We know we have a responsibility to keep all of you and all of our team safe. To do this, we will be strictly following the guidelines released by the Alberta Government as well as our professional governing bodies. Our practices and guidelines may change quickly and frequently as the COVID-19 situation evolves and changes.

Initial Covid-19 Participant Screening Tool

Covid Pre-Session Check List

Waiver and Declaration of Compliance

What measures are we taking?

All participants will be asked to sign the attached Waiver and Declaration of Compliance forms.

These forms can be printed and sent back to us electronically prior to your first session back, or we can bring a copy into our first session for signing.

Please read through these carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Unfortunately, we cannot resume sessions if these are not completed.

Each individual on our team will be tested for COVID-19 before sessions start and we will be re-testing on an 'as need' basis

Any participant exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms is asked to CANCEL their session immediately. Our team will do the same. There will no longer be any cancellation fees for cancelled sessions.

Whenever possible, we will encourage OUTDOOR sessions.

In the work we do, maintaining 2 meters of distance is very difficult. Our team will come equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE). We will not require you to wear PPE but will have some available if you choose.

All participants will be contacted ~2 hours before each session (via text, phone or email) to answer COVID-19 screening questions. This is just to ensure the safety of all participants and staff prior to sessions.

For sessions with individuals other than the participant present, we will require a signed waiver and declaration of compliance from each individual we may be in contact with. This includes spouses, caregivers, siblings, family or friends.
